Ayobami Ojumu, fondly known as Awesome, is a Google-certified Project Management Professional, Front-End Web Developer, and purpose-driven Leadership Coach. With over 5 years of experience delivering transformative projects across technology, education, and the non-profit space, Awesome has a unique path that blends strategic execution with community-rooted impact. He currently serves as Relationship Manager at Terra Academy for the Arts, He also worked as Project Manager (Technology) at DeNova Enterprise.
A graduate of Computer Science from the National Open University of Nigeria, Ayobami is an alumnus of the TIIDELab Fellowship (2020) and holds several professional certifications from Google, Coursera, McKinsey, and LinkedIn Learning. His technical expertise includes HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, React.js, Node.js, Git, and Google Workspace. He is passionate about building people-centric, scalable solutions that drive social good and operational excellence.
Beyond his professional achievements, Ayobami’s story is deeply anchored in service. He is a seasoned and passionate volunteer leader whose roles have spanned different levels. As an ordained Deacon in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), he has served as Volunteer Regional Teens Executive Leadership Coach, National Representative for RCCG Pastors’ Seed Family (PSF), covering Nasarawa and Niger States from 2019 to 2022 and led the Technical Department as Assistant Head of Department for RCCG PSF Nigeria. He is currently the PSF professional hub coordinator.
Ayobami also serves as a Project Manager with Lighthouse Barracks Global, where he helped lead international purpose bootcamps, trained over 200 young people globally. His work with the Press-IN 16 Kiri-Kiri Project, JT-Webster, and Include Inc. reflects his passion for equipping the next generation, particularly in underserved and faith-based communities.
A compelling communicator and teacher, Ayobami has spoken on leadership, faith, personal growth, and purpose at conferences, youth camps, and church events. He draws from his own journey of resilience, growth, and faith, wearing his failures as badges of experience and transformation. His personal core values — Holiness and Excellence — guide his leadership in every space he occupies.
